​Beautiful Beginnings Childbirth Education Classes

You will gain practical tools to reduce decision fatigue and overcome white coat syndrome, helping you feel more in control throughout your birth experience. Through hands-on practice, you'll learn effective coping strategies that reduce the need for medication and foster a positive, empowering mindset around birth.

With the right information, you'll be able to make informed choices that prioritize your health and well-being during labor, birth, and postpartum.

I will also guide your partner in providing flexible, supportive care as your needs evolve, ensuring they are equipped to help you at every stage.

Additionally, we'll encourage six key birth practices that have been proven to lead to better outcomes for both you and your baby, creating a smoother, more fulfilling birth experience.

​General Childbirth Education $400 (in person) 

​​7 hours of class time and interaction over 2 or 3 weeks, learn the Lamaze class essential content designed to build your confidence in your ability to give birth and make informed decisions throughout your pregnancy, birth and early parenting.

Refresher/Crash Course Class $250 (in person) 

​4 hours of class time, condensed version of the Lamaze class designed for second + parents and people with limited time or budget.

Coping and Comfort measures $150 (in person) 

Two hours of class time. Everything you need to know to cope with labor pain, and for your partner to be effective support. The how and why of gateway pain control and how to use movement to ease discomfort.
